Training for change
Once-off training interventions concentrating on skills and knowledge can often be, in our view, a waste of time and resources.
All too often teams and individuals attend training and coaching sessions that may be interesting but do little to change their performance once they return to the workplace.
Motive8 believes passionately that individuals and teams need to focus on enhancing their attitudes and behaviours as well as their knowledge and skills to achieve their highest potential.
In short, if a person’s or a team’s attitude isn’t right, all the training in the world won’t make any significant difference to how they perform outside the training room.
